Why does the Alt-Right Hate Indians?

I have a troubled relationship with the alt-right.  I first become “enlightened” in terms of understanding how wrong mainstream politically-correct knowledge was when I first started reading about game and evolutionary psychology ten years ago.  I stumbled on the Roissy in DC blog at some point, then took in Richard Lynn, Philippe Rushton, and Charles Murray (author of The Bell Curve).  I gradually accepted “human biodiversity” - the idea that races are genetically different in various physical and mental traits and that many of the social ills in society are caused by average differences in IQ between racial groups.  Before this, I was left-leaning on most issues, though still a centrist.    

Even after my “dark enlightenment,” I was still a liberal and believed that we should view each other as individuals.  At the same time, it was quite satisfying to understand the problems of society and having it make sense on an intuitive level and in my everyday observations.  I remained incredulous that almost no one in my circles was even willing to hear me out and consider the evidence.  

This knowledge was frequently isolating, and in addition, I was always unnerved that the tests that showed a nearly insurmountable white-black IQ gap also showed Indians performing poorly.  What did this mean for me, as a very smart Indian, that my fellow co-ethnics performed so poorly on IQ tests even though I was a few standard deviations above the white mean?  I’ve been struggling with this issue ever since I came across the IQ test results.  African and Hispanic readers have often created strawmen saying “Well, I guess these average IQ results mean that I’m dumb and should be a janitor,” displaying a poor understanding of statistical distribution. 

On the other hand, I knew deep down that these test results were valid.  I remained skeptical of Indian development prospects (to the annoyance of other family members who were blind Indian nationalists that blamed everything on the British) and concerned about China’s rise, but I continued to fully embrace my American identity, confident that as long as the U.S. kept out the 'bad' Indians, we could be a model minority and live happily ever after. 

However, over the last few years it seems like white nationalism has really taken over the space of the internet that is skeptical of mainstream views on race.  Now, every single post that has a remote connection to India garners dozens of hateful comments towards Indians, accusing them of corruption, rape, dirtiness, poor game, stupidity, and so on.  At the same time, Indians were growing more prominent in American politics and were promoting hard left views harmful to society.  The few Republican-leaning Indians seemed to be all Neocons, focusing on tax cuts and Christian evangelical issues, while caving to the left on any issues of racial discord.  This also attracted the ire of the alt-right and white nationalists.

Following the election of Donald Trump and the rise of ethno-nationalist movements throughout the West and the continued rise of China, I realized something had to change.  India is going to fail as a nation and Indian-Americans will wear out their welcome if we remain beholden to leftist views and the victim mentality. 

One of my goals for this blog is to introduce the views of the alt-right to Indian people that ordinarily don’t view alt-right, human biodiversity (HBD), or paleoconservative websites.  As mainstream media views on a wide spectrum of issues have become increasingly detached from reality, the alt-right will become more prominent as an alternative perspective on the world.  We need to learn from the alt-right and think hard about what their views can teach us about India.  Unfortunately, there is a ton of anti-Indian sentiment on these websites and I want Indians to become aware of them, as I believe these alt-right views will become more and more mainstream as the moderate neoliberal consensus starts to break down. 

Once mainstream political correctness breaks down, Indians will be in a very vulnerable position.  Indians in America have relied on the benevolence of Americans and their willingness to accept Indians in and let them share in the wealth of the country.  India has also relied on the world order’s benevolence – a world order that viewed invasion and occupation as wrong and generally respected the sovereignty of weaker nation states.  During the Cold War, India could rely on the Soviets for some level of protection, and post Cold-War, the U.S. had no territorial designs on India and saw a like-minded democracy in India.  Pathetic Pakistan was India’s biggest threat.  Now, China looms large, Islam continues to spread, and ethnic nationalism is rising in the West and other locations where the Indian diaspora has spread.      

In order to figure out how Indians can prepare for the advent of white supremacy in Western Politics, it is important for us to be mindful of what the white supremacists say about Indians and reflect on whether it has any merit.  As I wrote before, I am concerned, because it appears that an anti-Indian perspective is so ingrained that there may not be room for reconciliation and Indians may have difficulties in the future as alt-right aligned views become increasingly prominent.  Alt-righters also seem convinced that whites are responsible for every major civilization advancement and that Indians played a negligible role.  They also downplay Chinese contributions and the scale of the threat they pose to the West.    

But I’m convinced there is hope for us getting along.  There are enough common interests between red pilled Indians and Whites that we can figure out a way to live together peacefully.  The sooner that Indians can understand the areas where the alt-right has valid arguments and realize that many of their concerns about Indians are fair, the sooner we can get on the right track in and avoiding conflict and improving our ability to thrive in the 21^st century.        

Today, I’m going to post the latest Indian-related post from one of the most prominent alt-right sympathetic sites: the Unz Review.  It is regarding a disturbing trend that I mentioned above – the prominence of Indian politicians in left-wing activism.    

The Post is a bit too long to post in full, so I’m going to post in parts:

Five years ago, the hipster-Marxist magazine n+1 published a lengthy editorial, White Indians [Spring 2013] complaining that Indians—i.e. Asians from the subcontinent of India—were doing too well. They were making money, staying out of trouble, attending colleges, and generally integrating. Some of them—Bobby Jindal and Nikki Haley—were even becoming Republicans! The n+1 Editors were not pleased by any of this, lamenting that Indian success was being used as a rhetorical cudgel by American whites to demand better behavior of other non-whites. They called on Indians to stop being so “white” and instead model themselves after Kumar, the slacker Indian pothead from the stoner comedy Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle. Their conclusion was more nuanced than it seems and it may be coming true—and it points to the downside of a merit-based immigration policy.

This is definitely a fair point – Republicans often talk about Asian success as a way to criticize NAM (Non-Asian minorities).  This has been going on for awhile. 

While the character “Kumar” is nothing but a horny man-child, the actor who played him, “Kal Penn,” born “Kalpen Suresh Modi,” is a dedicated Leftist activist. He worked in the Obama Administration as Associate Director in the White House Office of Public Engagement for several years, worked on Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign and then work on the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities—until he resigned in August of 2017 over President Trump’s (now-vindicated) response to the Unite the Right rally i n Charlottesville, Virginia. This career path is increasingly common for Indian immigrants in the Anglosphere. Like millions of other non-whites, and not a few white ethnomasochists, many have begun to adopt the increasingly hegemonic anti-white, anti-West, positions disseminated in our university system, and on cultural Marxist websites like Salon.

Yep – this is pretty accurate.  Social Justice Warrior (SJW) activism is increasingly common among Indian-Americans.  Not many shitlords unfortunately.

What makes Leftist Indians special is that they are both non-white and intelligent— “blacks with brains,” as they are sometimes brutally characterized. Remember that the pressure in Leftist institutions to place non-whites in powerful positions is immense. But the number of blacks and Hispanics with the cognitive abilities to run an organization, regularly write on and analyze American politics, or carry out competently the duties required of a civil servant, are few and far between.

Leftists may be evil, but they are not dumb. They are not really eager to let their non-profits and publications be run into the ground by a black empty suit in the name of diversity. But to keep from being condemned as racist by their own side, they can’t just stay white—especially since having self-loathing whites, women, Jews (who the Left generally sees as white), and homosexuals on staff is no longer enough to be granted the exalted designation of “diverse”.

High IQ, anti-white Indians are an excellent way out of this quandary.

Also accurate!  Indian-Americans are far more articulate and competent than their Latinos or black counterparts in the U.S.

While there is still much more field work that needs to be done to pin down Indian IQ, the research we do have suggests, while average Indian IQ is not high, that the upper castes are very bright. The uppermost caste, the Brahmins, are estimated to have an average score of around 110—putting them on the level of Ashkenazi Jews, and above east Asians and Europeans. If the caste one rung down, Kshatriyas, are one standard deviation below them, their average IQ would be 95. That would put them well ahead of blacks (85), and between Hispanics (90) and whites (100). However, there is plenty of reason to think the Kshatriyas average is higher than that.

If the top caste in Indian has an average of 110, and the bottom is slightly above 80, and there are three castes in between, and the difference between each caste is the same, then Kshatriyas would have an average above 100—that is to say, higher than average whites in the US.

Theories aside, what is indisputable is that the Indians arriving in America are from the upper castes, and if you translate the average Indian SAT score into IQ, you get an average score of 110.84. This blog is going to discuss Indian IQ in extreme depth, but for now we agree with the sentiment above.
